Opcodex modifications: the original vertex and fragment shader strings are
preserved in src/vendor/aceternity-cloud.ts. The React adapter was replaced by
an Astro-compatible lifecycle with bounded resolution, pause, visibility,
reduced-motion and context-loss handling. A pre-rendered frame of the same
shader is used for touch devices and unsupported WebGL environments.
This licensed component is incorporated into the Opcodex product website;
it is not offered as a stock component, theme, template or marketplace item.

2026-10-20 subsequent modification: src/vendor/night-cloud.ts is an Opcodex
night-sky derivative of the preserved original fragment shader. It adds sparse
deterministic stars before the cloud passes (so clouds occlude stars), dims the
sun glow to moonlight and uses graphite sky/cloud uniforms. The fallback is
regenerated from this same night derivative. Original cloud shape/noise/drift
remain intact.

Subsequent theme correction: u_night selects the original daylight sun/colors
for light mode and stars/moonlight/graphite colors for dark mode. Theme changes
update uniforms without resetting cloud time. Both fallback frames are
rendered from this same theme-aware derivative.

License Grant
The Aceternity License provides you with an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the digital work (“Item”).

Prohibited Uses
Re-distribution: You cannot re-distribute the Item as a stock image or its source files, regardless of modifications.
Marketplace Restrictions: You cannot sell, resell, or distribute the Item or derivative works on any marketplace, including ui.aceternity.com and other platforms.
Template Creation: You cannot create themes, templates, or derivative products to sell on any marketplace.

Enforcement
Violation of these terms will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

Ownership: The author retains ownership of the Item but grants you a license under these terms. This agreement is between you and the Item’s author. ui.aceternity.com (Aceternity) is not a party to this agreement.
