Exact upstream LICENSE and NOTICE copies are preserved under licenses/ and public/licenses/. Original copyright and notice text is not altered. No engine code is included in this website.

The original and replacement logo reference images contain an existing Grok watermark. Both source files are retained unchanged; the new SVG is a geometric interpretation, not an embedded or edited reference image. The site renders only the new vector mark and generated exports. No ownership claim is made about the generator or reference-site artwork. Confirm the supplied references' source rights before public brand launch. Visuvate was inspected for visual direction; no source code, text, client artwork or testimonials were copied.

## Cloud Shader and original product artwork

The hero incorporates Cloud Shader by Manu Arora / Aceternity UI, selected by the owner from https://21st.dev/@manuarora700/components/cloud-shader. The preserved original vertex/fragment GLSL comes from https://ui.aceternity.com/registry/cloud-shader.json, retrieved 2026-10-20. Its custom Aceternity license (https://ui.aceternity.com/licence) and modification record are preserved in licenses/aceternity-cloud.txt and public/licenses/aceternity-cloud.txt. This component is not MIT or Apache-2.0. Its website end-product use does not grant stock-component, template or marketplace redistribution rights.

Opcodex replaced the React adapter with its own Astro lifecycle, device/pause/visibility handling and bounded GPU workload. The theme-aware derivative in src/vendor/night-cloud.ts selects the original daylight in light mode and stars/moonlight/graphite colors in dark mode through a uniform. Stars are composed before clouds. The cloud fallback image is a pre-rendered frame of that same licensed night derivative. No React dependency or remote runtime request is added.

The workbench, rename diagram, call graph and local-privacy illustration are original HTML/SVG/CSS. Visuvate and Linear were inspected for composition and product presentation only; their source, text and artwork were not copied. The computing-core image and selectable feature-showcase experiment were removed after the owner rejected them; their historical provenance remains in Git.

## Build and framework dependencies

Astro 7.4.1, Starlight 0.42.6, MDX 8.1.0, Tailwind CSS 4.3.3, and the Astro integrations use MIT terms. Sharp uses Apache-2.0; its libvips/native packages include LGPL-3.0-or-later terms. Native image tooling runs only at build time. Neither Node modules nor native image libraries are deployed with the static HTML/CSS/JS/image output. These dependencies are not being introduced into Opcodex Pro.

The exact locked versions and all optional/transitive package license expressions are in public/licenses/dependencies.json, generated by npm run check:licenses. Optional platform packages may be present in the lockfile without being installed on this machine. Preserve their original notices when redistributing installed build tools; static output is a different artifact from a node_modules distribution.

The dependency inventory flags LGPL entries explicitly. No GPL/AGPL-only dependency was found in the generated inventory. This statement must be rechecked after dependency updates. TypeScript, Prettier, Playwright, axe-core and Lighthouse are build/test tools; their exact licenses remain in the inventory and installed packages.

Build-time parser override: postcss-selector-parser is pinned to 7.1.6 to address the audit finding in the Starlight/Expressive Code dependency chain. Production build and documentation code-block rendering must be verified with that override.

## Source license status

The owner has not selected a license for the separate opcodex-web repository. This website's original source is not automatically relicensed Apache-2.0 by Community's license. No root LICENSE file is invented. The existing upstream license text is displayed solely for its applicable upstream material. Set a website-source license before inviting third-party reuse.
